ONDO: ODUNWO, OLABANJI AKINGBULE DIES AT 100..Ondo kingdom losses a rare gem

Ondo Ekimogun has lost an illustrious son, a revered elder, and a philanthropist whose legacy will outlive generations.

High Chief (Dr.) Olabanji Akingbule, MFR, the Odunwo of Ondo Kingdom, and Atunluse of Akure, passed on at the age of 100.

He lived an impactful and meaningful life of service to humanity.

Baba, your tireless efforts in community development, your wisdom, and your open hand will be deeply missed.

His life was a shining example of dedication to God, to his people, and to the progress of his beloved kingdom.

He touched lives in ways that words can hardly capture.

Through his generosity, many young people received scholarships, with some sent abroad to pursue their dreams.

He was a father to the fatherless, a mentor to countless others, and a steady pillar of guidance within and beyond Ondo Kingdom.

His name is written not only in the annals of history but in the hearts of all who were blessed by his kindness, vision, and unflinching spirit of service.

Even in his centenary years, his presence radiated humility, counsel, and strength.

He showed that true nobility is not in titles, but in a life devoted to lifting others.

“Ekimogun mourns, but we also celebrate a life well spent. May the good he planted continue to bear fruit for generations to come”.
