The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Lanre Ogunlowo, who was a guest on National Standard Television (NSTV) in Lagos, at the Abeokuta studio on Friday morning, stressed that while crimes are reported daily in the state, prompt attention, collaboration among security agencies in intelligence gathering and sharing, and the use of modern technology are working together to achieve the desired results.
The CP announced that a technology app will soon be introduced in the state that will involve resident participation in assisting security agencies in policing the state.
CP Ogunlowo acknowledged the past police authorities that had administered the state, building a good foundation in securing the state.
He assured investors of a secure environment and appreciated the residents and other security agencies for their contributions to securing the state.
