By OLALEKAN AYENI

Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE) as part of June 12 Democracy Day celebrations extended hands of fellowship to  Martinaz Love Children’s Orphanage Home in Agbara.
Agbara Divisional Commander, Cdr A.O. Onasoga led other agency’s personnel to represent the TCC/CEO, Cdr Olaseni Ogunyemi to visit the orphanage home in Agbara.
The visit was to show love, compassion, and solidarity to the children and staff of the orphanage and assuring them that the agency has considered them as part of its extended family.

The children and staff were educated about safety tips that will guided them while using the road. Among the tips were: Respect traffic lights and road signs; Keep your eyes on the road at all times; Avoid using mobile phones while driving or walking; Do not eat, read, or engage in any distracting activities on the road; Refrain from alcohol, drugs, or any medications that impair road safety; Children under 12 should always sit in the back seat; Look both ways before crossing the road and Never walk with your back to oncoming traffic.
Practical education on emergency response, especially on how to “stop the bleeding” and save lives in the event of unforeseen accidents was displayed by the Cdr Onasoga.
In a gesture of goodwill, Cdr Onasoga presented gifts to the orphanage to reinforce the message of love, care, and community support.

The proprietor of the orphanage, a Retired Assistant Controller General of Customs, Mrs.Martinaz Gydo  expressed heartfelt appreciation in her vote of thanks. She commended the TRACE personnel for their thoughtful gesture and prayed that God continued to protect and guided them both day and night.
