An award winning Senior Journalist, Mr. Dare Adekanmbi has been appointed as the Special Assistant on Media to the Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Dr. Zacch Adedeji.
Information gathered by photostory revealed, that Adekanmbi succeeded Mr. Johannes Oluwatobi Wojuola, who served in the same capacity as SA Media to the immediate past FIRS boss, Mohammed Nami.
Adekanmbi a former journalist with the Nigerian Tribune Newspaper, has won several awards including the Lateef Jakande Prize for the Political Reporter of the year at an award ceremony organised by the Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA) amongst others.
Adekanmbi is expected to bring his wealth of experience to bear in projecting image of the FIRS.
