While health is considered as wealth for any man and living beings including plants and animals, maintaining it in the present age we lived in is becoming elusive as costs of purchasing drugs and complementary supplements are nose diving every day.

In the midst of all these not seeming friendly factors, there is a group of concerned health managers with an explosive health solutions to all and sundries.

After years of giving hope and succour to Nigerians through natural 'Eat to health' and healing lifestyle programmes with astonishing testimonies of healing benefits,Eat to health wellness service providers as organisation,led by Gbenro and Bukola Falohun with offices at Ota in Ogun and Abule Egba, Lagos state respectively, had years of health maintenance in southwest Nigeria and diasporas came with another health dimensions in real physical health-guides through exercises and fun filling activities.
 
Taking the fifth editions of their monthly fitness and free medical checkup in the recent time to the general public domain at where many community members, adults and children had benefited tremendously from their monthly Fitness outfits.
 
The month of June edition held at the Saint Michael mini stadium,  Ota Iganmode road,close to Ota tax office came with a unique bang of new Aerobic and Sumba dance activities which saw both old and aged folks trooping to have a taste of what the event look like. Families with children and fitness lovers flocks the mini stadium with exciting participations.

A pregnant passersby woman while watching via the open iron fence of the mini stadium,took time out to join the fun-filled Sumba dance moment with her protruding tommy with excitement that knows no bound.
At the event,before anyone could be allowed to engage any form of exercises, medical checks comprises of blood pressure,(BP), Sugar levels,weight and other health guides services were provided by experts in order to ensure every participants are fit to partake in the health lifestyle exercises.

 At the June edition,Some of the health technicians at the fitness event also gave participants emergency response trainings of how to attend to children with convulsions and heart attack issues,an experience count as valuable for our teeming parents and citizens alike.
 From series of gadgets provided for fitness, little children were not spared as a section of gadgets were made available for them to have a really fun moments while moulding them and their brains for future fitness lifestyles.
 
 
 
 
Segun  Osuolale, Sumba dance coach, a guests from Victoria Island, Lagos took time to make the day colourful with his exotic and rhythmic sounds of fitness dance steps.
Participants levels of excitement knows no bounds as many bares witness of their individual experiences and encourage the organisers and his team to keep the move going as a giveback to society hitherto.
