This is to inform the general public that there will be restriction of both human and vehicular movements in Otta and its environs on Wednesday, 22nd March, 2023 from 10pm till 2am in completion of the annual rites in the entire Paramount and Ancient Otta Awori Kingdom for the progress, peace, and prosperity of the land.
