The president, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd), will today swear in a former Inspector–geneneral of Police, IGP, Dr Solomon Ehijiator Arase as the new Chairman of the Police Service Commission, PSC.
Arase was nominated early this year by the president. His nomination was confirmed by the Senate. However, he could not be sworn in because of the situation in the country.
