The pioneer Director General of Osun Amotekun Corps and the Field Commander, Comrade Amitolu Shittu On Friday resigned. AMILOADED reports

“Still relevant taken from the immortal word of the late sage Obafemi Awolowo when he resigned from the General Yakubu Gowon Administration he said “if we are related we shall meet again”end of quote

thank the people of Osun, I thank my friends, my wife, my family. I thank the entire Corps members importantly I will forever be grateful to Governor Gboyega Oyetola for the confidence repose in me to contribute my own quota to the development of Osun State.

I am stepping aside from Amotekun for good, thank you all.”.
