For example, when we see "Welcome To Ondo State," "Welcome To Ogun State," and so on, we check at the time and calculate how many hours or minutes we have left to complete our journey.
Then, when we arrive in Lagos, there is the notion that the signboard reads "THIS IS LAGOS," as opposed to the other states, which have "Welcome To Edo," "Welcome To Delta," and so on.
