Politricking:Why Importing Weapons On Just Primary Election?


There has been pandemonium in Osun State as weapons are imported into the state ahead of All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election.
 
A community who refused to mention his name for security reasons, said he is afraid of what could happened on Saturday, which is the day of the party’s primary election.
He said some of the party leaders have been entering the state with thugs and weapons and vowed that they will chase away every delegates from voting on Saturday.
 
He appealed to the federal government to ensure maximum security in the state especially in Osogbo, which is the state capital.
 
Meanwhile, Ogbeni Aregbesola is set to attend constituency meeting in Ikire, in Ayedade, Irewole and  local government areas.
 
The meeting, according to the faction’s leader, who refused to mention his name for security reasons, is based on canvassing for the full support of Alhaji Moshood Adeoti governorship ambition in the state.
 
He said the fear of Adeoti is the beginning of their downfall.
