In its bid to ensure victory of Moshood Adeoti as Osun State Governor, the political group under the aegis of Youth Vanguard in Osun State branch of All Progressives Congress has, today, February 16, staged a million walk in favour of the formers State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola to be the state governor after July election.
It was gathered that Aregbesola picked the governorship candidate, having noticed the potential in him and his interest to serve the community.
Speaking during the meeting with the supporters in Oranmiyan house in Osogbo, capital city of Osun State, the group’s coordinator, Bello Rasheed, said all Osun State residents are praising Ogbeni Aregbesola for presenting a cool headed, great listener and political grassroot mobiliser to become the state’s next governor.
He appealed to Osun and Federal governments to provide adequate security to the electorates as the party’s primary is scheduled to hold on Saturday.
