How Police Proactiveness Stalls 7/7 Cultists Crisis in Ogun,Lagos.

The Nigeria Police in a bid to curb the menace and insecurities that usually accompanies the Cultists purported 7/7 clashes in the seventh months annually, stretch forth their civil artilleries in all corners and spotted angles in the two states to castrate any ugly incident that might likely protrude.

The Lagos State Police Command and Ogun counterparts through the PPRO, ACP Muyiwa Adejobi,Abimbola Oyeyemi respectively dispatches press releases to concerned Police divisions as well as general public indicating the force readiness to cut off any sprouting scenes at all corners.

In his words, ACP Muyideen Obe,the Sango-Ota Area Commander relays to GlobalReport media that his men were all over,combing spotted suspected Hotels,Bars and other places singled out as Cultists strongholds with records of violence, several arrests were made and show of forces charades their presence all over the towns and cities in the state.

'With our men presence everywhere,no record of violence in our command',he said.

The Nigerian Police has before now warned parents and guidance to keep their wards off the street and avails on them not to keep any bad associates that can jeopardize the public peace, hence the force will not give any breathing space to violence  at any corner.



 
Recall that every 7th day of 7th month annually is been unscrupulously picked by some cultist groups to unleash terrors, shedding opposing groups and members blood in the country. At such periods,many lives and properties are usually lost in the society.

Intelligence gathering, which informs Police force excellent performances had once again pay of to maintain law and order in this crucial period.
