The National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Abuja, has declared Musa Mohammed (Maitakobi) as the National President of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN).
In a judgement delivered yesterday, Justice Olufunke Anuwe of National Industrial Court, Abuja, said Alhaji Musa Muhammed is the authentic national President of Road Transport Employers' Association of Nigeria, RTEAN.
By
this judgement, government and her agencies, unions and their
affiliate, the general public as well as members of this great
association should accord Alhaji Musa Muhammed and members of his
national executive committee recognition and cooperation.
