The Ogun state Vehicle Inspection Service helmsman Engineer Olugboyega Ademehin speaking in his usual manner through the Ogun west Zonal commander, Engineer Oluwatoyin Olugbenga  told globalreport magazine publisher, Daniel Olushola Michael while on a courtesy visit in her office that doubts which heralded introduction of the initiative years ago has faded as drivers and vehicle owners now derived benefits accruable driving in for computerised checks of vehicles in solving mechanical and electronic vehicular challenges in tick of time.
The Ogun west Zonal commander, bares mind unequivocally on how the initiative has brought succour to vehicular problems drivers experienced, in her words, "people now see benefits of  using computerised devices to discover vehicular challenges which would have cost them trial and error approach from so called engineers (mechanic/ electronic) "
She further reveals its pertinent to note that drivers are at liberty to bring back vehicles for check until it's certified and passed by our field technicians at the facility before our sticker would be placed on your vehicle screen. So anywhere you see our sticker on any vehicle,be assured that such was earned by complete overhaul from our facilities around the state, she said.

When probed about the cost for tests at the agency's facilities, she said costs varies depending on vehicle status, for instances, Articulated vehicle prices differs from smaller cars and most times they are charged with their costs of obtaining or renewing their road worthiness papers from our offices state-wide.  We often advices drivers to bring up vehicles to our facilities while accessing their papers or they ended up short-changing themselves hence computerised tests had been charged with their road worthiness papers cost.
While we attest to people's appreciation of this initiative by results we are getting which from our statistics reduces crashes from our roads, we also urge drivers and vehicle owners that has not started patronising our facilities to begin now because the journey to safer road devoid of incessant crashes can only be embarked on by all of us,while we advocates safer roads from our sides,we need drivers and vehicle owners cooperation with us to achieve it , Engineer Oluwatoyin Olugbenga submitted.
