Ifesinachi began working at a local restaurant in 2005 where he gathered enough money to purchase a secondhand motorcycle used in transiting workers and students to their various destinations. He also engaged in other services until 2006 when he got the idea of procuring more secondhand motorcycles for a business called BALANCE AND CARRY. He was one of the young talented entrepreneurs who pose the idea of the motorcycle business known as BALANCE AND CARRY in Benin, Edo state.
In July 2006, He secured and named his rides GOD LEADS MOTORCYCLES. In 2007, the state government of Edo, Benin city, issued a ban on motorcycle user stating that the only motorcycle that is permitted to operate are those with a registered company name. This opportunity presented him with the idea of starting a logistic arm of his business that was established purposely for delivering files, documents, and substances with food value to people in different locations. As a result of his enthusiasm and tenacity coupled with hard work, his company was one of the selected few that are permitted to operate in the state.
Ifesinachi continued his bike business till 2010 when he moved down to Lagos to start up his prospered BALANCE AND CARRY business. He acquired 50 motorcycles to operate along the Yaba axis, Lagos. These bikes operate weekly and as the business boomed, he decided to expand by purchasing two (2) new Vehicles (Sienna) to shuttle Lagos to Ghana, Accra in the year 2012 to 2014. Hereafter, he started operation along the Eastern part of Nigeria whilst running his motorcycle business at Ogun state. His business had become fully functional in other states within Nigeria.
On the 21st of October, 2019, He introduced the abbreviation of the company’s name GLM. Deduced from God Leads Motors.
